How a paid plan works
You start on the free plan. When you choose a paid plan, your organisation administrator opens Organisation, then Billing, and pays by bank transfer. We check the transfer and switch the plan on. Each payment covers one month (3 months make a term) and nothing is charged automatically afterwards. Prefer to pay once for a year? A year costs ten months' price: ₦250,000 for Starter.

Before you begin
A few good questions.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It costs nothing: one school, up to 100 students and 20 staff. Nothing renews automatically, because nothing was charged.
How do we pay for a paid plan?
By bank transfer to Akadaa, from Organisation, then Billing, inside your account. Upload the transfer proof there; we check it and switch the plan on.
When does a payment start and stop?
Each payment covers one clearly dated period, and nothing is charged afterwards: you decide when to pay again. Paying again for the same plan adds a period on top of the time you have left, so no paid days are lost. If you don't pay again, the plan's extra room ends after a 7-day grace period. Your records are not deleted.
Can we use our own domain on Starter?
Yes, as an add-on: ₦5,000 a month, paid by bank transfer from the Website page. Starter includes a school website on yourschool.akadaa.com, and your own domain is included on Growth and Enterprise.
I'm a student or parent. Do I need a plan?
No. Plans are for schools. Use the login your school gave you, or find your school.
