How much does it cost?

The free plan costs nothing: 1 school, up to 100 students and 20 staff. Paid plans start at ₦25,000 a month (about ₦75,000 a term). You pay by bank transfer, and nothing renews automatically. See prices.

Does it work on a phone, or with poor internet?

Yes. Akadaa works in the browser on any phone. Teachers can mark attendance with no network, and it is sent when the network returns. There is also an Android app on the sign-in page.

Who will train our staff?

There are 63 short video tutorials, each with the steps in writing. If you get stuck, chat with us on WhatsApp at any time. Watch the tutorials.

Can we bring in the records we already have?

Yes. Import students, staff and parents from Excel or CSV. Akadaa matches your columns for you. Stuck? Send us a WhatsApp message.

What happens to our data if Akadaa closes?

Your records belong to your school. You can export student lists, staff and payments to Excel, and download report cards and transcripts as PDF, at any time. Our terms say that when an account closes, we return your records to you or delete them, as you choose. A full copy of everything is available on request. Safety and your data.
