KEEP THIS BESIDE YOU
The steps, in writing.
A parent opens Payments, sees the school's bank account, pays from their bank app and sends the transfer proof. The bursar checks it against the bank statement in Pending Payments and approves it. The parent's balance drops to zero and the receipt is ready to download or print.
Make the bank transfer
Open Payments, check the school's account details and make the transfer from your bank app.
Send proof in Akadaa
Return to the portal and submit the transfer proof for the payment you made.
Have the bursar confirm it
An authorised bursar opens Pending Payments, checks the proof against the bank statement and approves the payment. Review warnings about previously used references.
Check the balance and receipt
Once approval is complete, check the updated balance and download or print the receipt.
