Fees for every class, paid by transfer.

Set each class's fees for the term. Parents pay into the school's account and upload the proof. The bursar approves it, and the receipt is ready to print.

CA and exam scores, added up for you.

Teachers enter scores for their own subjects and hand them in. You check them, publish them and release them to parents when you are ready.
  • Your own CA and exam weights (the default is three CAs of 10 and an exam of 70)
  • WAEC/NECO-style grading, or your own scale
  • Report cards with subject and class position, remarks and attendance, printed or as PDF

Each parent sees their children's fees, results, attendance and timetable. A parent with no email gets a phone-number login and a printed slip.

SS students practise for WAEC, NECO and JAMB.

Can we set our own CA weights?
Yes. Choose how many CAs there are and what each is worth, and the exam's share. Akadaa adds them up the same way for every student.
We run nursery to SSS in one school. Does that work?
Yes. Choose "Nursery to secondary" when you sign up. Classes, subjects and grading are set up for all of them.
Some parents have no email. Can they log in?
Yes. They sign in with their phone number and a temporary password, which you can print on a slip.
Can parents pay online by card?
No. School fees are paid by bank transfer into the school's own account, with the proof uploaded and checked by the bursar.
