The steps, in writing.
For primary and secondary schools. At the end of the session, load a class on Promotions: every eligible student is ticked, with their average from the published results. Start from the top: graduate the top class first (Promote is greyed out there), because a promotion moves students at once. Akadaa needs the next session before it can promote, so add it from the form's link (one click on Academic Years). Then promote the class into the next class for the new session (To Class suggests it). Every decision is kept in History.
Prepare the next session
Add the next academic session before promoting classes into it.
Start with the top class
Graduate the top class first. A promotion moves students immediately, so work from the highest class down.
Promote the remaining classes
Review the eligible students and published-result averages for each class, then promote them into the next class for the new session.
