The steps, in writing.

For primary and secondary schools, on the teacher's phone. Open Enter Grades, pick the class and subject, type the exam scores (a score over its maximum turns red as you type), save, then hand the sheet in to the exams officer, which locks it. Akadaa refuses an empty exam box at hand-in: type 0 for a student who missed the exam. If the exams officer returns a sheet, the note is in the bell and on the sheet: fix the score and hand in again.

  1. Enter the marks

On the teacher’s phone, open Enter Grades and select the class, subject and term. Enter scores within each part’s maximum and save.

  2. Hand in the sheet

Check every examination box. Enter zero for a student who earned zero; an empty exam box prevents hand-in. Handing in locks the sheet for review.

  3. Handle a returned sheet

If the exams officer returns the sheet, correct the marks, save and hand it in again.
