What the free plan includes.
Free doesn't mean a cut-down version. Every module is on every plan; the paid plans give you more room and a school website.
- Fees by bank transfer with proof, receipts, the owing list and reminders
- CA and exam scores, positions and report cards
- Attendance (even offline), timetables and staff leave
- Parent and student portals, and Telegram
- Admissions, hostel, transport, library and Tahfiz
Set up in an afternoon, not a term.
Sign up, and the starter pack creates your year, terms, classes, subjects and grading in one step. Then import your class lists from Excel and give every parent a login.
When you grow past 100 students.
You are never charged for going over. When you reach 100 active students, Akadaa simply won't add more until you move to a paid plan. Starter is ₦25,000 a month (about ₦75,000 a term), paid by bank transfer. See every plan.
Questions schools ask.
Is it a trial that runs out?
No. The free plan has no end date, and nothing is charged.
What happens at 101 students?
Akadaa won't add the 101st active student on the free plan. Nothing is billed automatically: you choose when to move to Starter, and you pay by bank transfer.
Does the free plan include a school website?
No. The school website is on the paid plans. See school websites.
