The steps, in writing.

Add one student with Add student and copy their sign-in details (the password is shown only once), or import a whole class from the list you already have: Akadaa skips title rows, matches the columns, splits whole names and gives each student an admission number and password. Students without an email sign in with their admission number; the registrar or a school admin can reset a forgotten password. Accepted applicants can also be enrolled straight from Admissions.

  1. Add one student

Open Students and choose Add student. Complete the student's details and copy the sign-in details when they are shown: the initial password is displayed only once.

  2. Import an existing class list

Choose Import and upload your list. Review the detected columns, name splitting and admission numbers before confirming the import.

  3. Check how each student signs in

Students without an email can use their admission number. A school administrator can reset a forgotten password.

  4. Enrol accepted applicants

Applicants who have been accepted in Admissions can be enrolled directly into the student directory.
