The steps, in writing.

Set up your college's structure from the top down: a faculty (the dean can wait), a department inside it, a programme linked to the department, then a course whose code needs its 3-digit number (the first digit sets the level). Allocate a lecturer to the course for the current semester, and see it on the lecturer's phone under My Courses. Lists you already have can be imported.

  1. Create the faculty and department

Add a faculty, then create a department inside it. A dean can be assigned later from staff already in Akadaa.

  2. Add the programme

Create the programme and link it to the correct department.

  3. Create its courses

Enter each course and its code, including the three-digit number. The first digit determines the course level.

  4. Allocate a lecturer

Assign a lecturer to the course for the current semester. The allocated course appears under My Courses on the lecturer's account.
