Add your hostels, rooms and beds, and give each hostel a warden. Allocate students to beds; Akadaa checks each student's gender matches the hostel, and gives each student one bed.

Bus routes and stops.
Set up buses, routes and stops with a seat limit for each bus. Give each student a pickup stop; the bursar bills the route's fee.

Keep the catalogue, lend books, take them back and see what is overdue. Overdue fines start at ₦50 a day, and you can change that.

Parents of boarders follow fees, results and attendance from their phone or on Telegram, and can send fee proof by bank transfer without coming to the school.

Do we have to use all three modules?
No. Switch each one on or off in your school's settings. A day school might use only transport and the library.
Do these cost extra?
No. Every module is on every plan. Plans differ only in size, the website, your own domain and API access.
Who bills the transport fee?
Only the bursar or an administrator with finance access, so fees stay with the people who handle money.
