Set Up School Bus Routes, Stops and Transport Fees in Akadaa

The steps, in writing.
Under Administration, Transport shows the school's buses and routes. Add a route with its start and end, the bus that drives it, its stops with morning pickup and afternoon drop-off times, and its fee, which is for the whole academic year: every student put on the route is billed it once. On Student Assignments, pick the bus, then the route, and assign students (narrow the list by class). Choose each student's pickup stop and check the seats left before assigning them. Akadaa refuses an assignment that would overfill the bus. The student sees the route, bus and driver's phone under My Record, and the transport fee under Payments, paid by bank transfer like any other fee.
Add a route
Open Transport and add the start, destination, bus and stops with morning pickup and afternoon drop-off times.
Set the yearly fee
Enter the fee for the academic year. Check the route and stop order before saving.
Assign students
Open Student Assignments, choose the bus and route and narrow the student list by class. Choose their pickup stop, check seats left and confirm the fee. Akadaa refuses assignments beyond capacity.
Check the student view
The student sees their route, pickup stop, times and driver details under My Record, and the yearly transport bill under Payments.
