Set Up Classes, Subjects and Subject Teachers in Akadaa
Set up a primary or secondary school's classes and arms, their subjects, and the teacher for each subject in Akadaa, so every teacher sees the right classes.

The steps, in writing.
For primary and secondary schools. Rename a class with Edit Class (JSS 1 becomes JSS 1A), add a second arm such as JSS 1B with its level and class teacher, give it its subjects, add a new subject to the school's list and link it to its classes, then assign the subject teacher on the subject's own page (Subjects, the subject, Teachers). One "All classes" line covers every class that takes the subject. Then see the classes appear on the teacher's phone, ready for the register and for scores.
Set up classes and arms
Rename an existing class with Edit Class, or add another arm with the correct level and class teacher.
Link the subjects
Assign the class’s subjects. Add a new subject to the school list when needed and link it to the relevant classes.
Assign subject teachers
Open each subject’s own page and assign its teacher so teaching accounts show the correct classes.
