The steps, in writing.
For primary and secondary schools. In Results Management the exams officer approves the scores teachers handed in, holds back one student's results with a Block before anything is released (unpaid fees never hold results by themselves), publishes the class, then releases the term, so families are told and can see the results. The blocked student's family sees "Results withheld" until the block is lifted.
Approve submitted scores
The exams officer reviews the scores teachers handed in and approves the ready results.
Set any student hold first
Before publishing or releasing, add an explicit Block for a student whose results must be withheld. Unpaid fees do not block results automatically.
Publish the class, then release the term
Publish the approved class results, then confirm the term-release action. Families are notified when the term is released; blocked students remain withheld.
