The steps, in writing.
For primary and secondary schools. Generate a class's report cards for the term: each shows the subjects with CA, exam, total and grade, the class position (ties share a place), attendance, the grading scale and the next term's date. The class teacher writes her comment from her phone (My Classes, Report cards & comments); the principal adds the remark with Add remarks. Print them all, and see the family open the card on their phone with Report card.
Generate the class cards
Choose the year, term and class, then generate report cards. Review subjects, position, attendance, grading and the next-term date.
Add each person’s own comment
The class teacher uses My Classes, Report cards & comments on a phone to write the teacher comment. The principal adds the separate principal remark.
Print and check the family view
Generate the cards with both comments and use Print All. Families open Report card from Academic Progress to read the school’s card.
