Create a fee structure, then assign it to a level's students with a due date, so each student gets their own bill. Check the school bank account parents pay into, and see the new fee and the account details on a parent's phone.
Create a fee structure
Open Fee Structures as an authorised administrator or bursar and enter the fee your school needs.
Assign it to students
Select the relevant students or level and set the due date. Each assigned student receives their own bill.
Check the school bank account
Confirm the account details shown to families before asking them to pay.
Check the parent view
A linked parent can open Payments to see the new fee and the school's bank details.
