The steps, in writing.
For proprietors. The organisation's Overview adds up every school; choose a school with the school button to see its own fees collected this month, Insight Echo (what needs a look: fees outstanding, attendance) and Live Activity, then switch to the next school.
Review the group totals
With no school selected, open Overview for organisation totals and fees received by school.
Select one school
Choose a campus to see that school’s student and staff totals, fee collection, attendance and activity.
Follow an insight
Read Insight Echo carefully: outstanding fees may not yet be overdue. Open the relevant report or View all to inspect the underlying detail.
Compare the next school
Switch campuses and confirm the school name and totals before interpreting its figures.
