The steps, in writing.

A lecturer opens the course's Grades tab: Akadaa notes the exam isn't until its paper date, so the lecturer enters the missing CA marks instead (a mark over the maximum is refused on Save), and the course sheet shows them. The exams officer is told the marks are in and finds them, still unpublished, in Results Management.

  1. Choose the assessment

Open the allocated course’s Grades tab and confirm the assessment. Check any future-exam warning before entering marks.

  2. Enter and save marks

Type the missing CA scores within the assessment maximum. Correct a refused score and save; leave an unmarked script blank rather than entering zero.

  3. Review before publication

The exams officer receives a notification and can find the saved marks in Results Management. Saving scores does not publish the results.
