Promote Students and Graduate a Set in Akadaa
Move a whole level up at the end of the session, graduate your final-year students, and undo a decision from History if you need to.

The steps, in writing.
At the end of a session, the registrar loads a level in Promotions and moves the whole class up. The final level is set to Graduate, so the set graduates and their records stay. A mistake can be undone from the History tab.
Load the level
At the end of the session, open Promotions and load the students at the level you want to move.
Promote or graduate
Move the level to the next one. For the final level, use Graduate so the students’ records are preserved.
Review history
Check the recorded decision in History. Use its undo action if the promotion or graduation was a mistake.
