The steps, in writing.

Add a lecture to the weekly timetable with its day, time, course and room. Akadaa refuses a slot that clashes and names the lecture already there; Validation checks the whole week. The lecturer and the students then see the new lecture in their own timetables.

  1. Add the lecture

Open the weekly timetable and enter the day, time, course and room for the lecture.

  2. Resolve clashes

If Akadaa refuses the slot, review the conflicting lecture it identifies and correct the time or allocation. Use Validation to check the week.

  3. Check the personal timetable

The lecturer and the registered students can see the new lecture in their own timetables.
