KEEP THIS BESIDE YOU
The steps, in writing.
The clinical coordinator adds a hospital, creates a rotation and posts a whole level to it (Akadaa stops at the rotation's limit). On the ward, a student logs a procedure on their phone, the coordinator filters the oldest-first queue and verifies it, and the student's competencies update.
Create the placement
The clinical coordinator adds the hospital and creates a rotation with its placement limit.
Post the students
Assign the relevant level to the rotation. Akadaa refuses assignments beyond the rotation’s limit.
Log and verify procedures
Students log procedures on their phones. The coordinator reviews the oldest-first queue and verifies entries, updating the student’s competencies.
