The steps, in writing.

The registrar records each student's council index number when it comes back, and the student sees it under Council Records. Then schedule your council's qualifying exam and register the final-year students, each billed the exam fee like any other fee.

  1. Record council indexing

When the council index number arrives, the registrar adds it to the student’s record. Students can see it under Council Records.

  2. Schedule the council exam

Create the qualifying council exam and enter its details.

  3. Register the final-year students

Register the eligible students. Each registration bills the exam fee through the normal fee workflow.
