The steps, in writing.

For nursing and health colleges. The clinical coordinator defines each competency (a skill and how many verified times it takes), corrects a required count, follows every student's progress (verified entries only, against their own programme), and evaluates each student at the end of a posting with five ratings, hours and comments.

  1. Define required skills

Open Competencies and add each skill, category, required verified count and optional programme.

  2. Correct requirements

Edit an existing competency when its required count or details need correction.

  3. Follow verified progress

Use Student Progress to review completed competencies. Progress counts verified procedures for the relevant programme.

  4. Evaluate a posting

Open Evaluations, select a pending student and enter ratings, hours, strengths and recommendations before saving.
