The steps, in writing.

Tutor or administrative staff is fixed when someone is added; extra jobs are ticks. The designation is only a title (even Class Teacher), except Tahfiz Coordinator at an Islamiyya school. Tick Bursar on a teacher and their phone shows My Teaching and Finance, and nothing else. Check Your devices under Account, Security, and sign out every other device. When someone leaves, Deactivate stops their sign-in and keeps their records.

  1. Separate role, title and duties

Role is Teacher (Lecturer in a college) or Non-teaching staff, and can be changed in Edit staff member. Anyone who teaches is a Teacher, even a bursar or registrar. Designation normally supplies a title; administrative-role ticks grant the extra duties. Tahfiz Coordinator is a management designation for Islamiyya schools.

  2. Give a teacher an additional duty

Open Edit staff member and tick the additional job, such as Bursar. A teaching bursar can use both My Teaching and Finance.

  3. Review signed-in devices

Open Account, Security and Your devices. Sign out other devices when needed.

  4. Deactivate a leaver

Open the staff profile and select Deactivate. Their records remain, while sign-in stops.
