The steps, in writing.
For Islamiyya and mixed schools. The muhaffiz opens Reports from the Tahfiz Overview: each student's report shows the juz finished, where she is, her revision and recent sessions, ready to print. Write Feedback records the period, grades, attendance and notes for the family; it stays a draft until you publish it. The Tahfiz Coordinator issues certificates (Juz Amma, 10 Juz, half and the whole Quran) once a student is eligible, each with its own number and a PDF. Parents see the published feedback and download the certificate under Academic Progress.
Review progress
Open Tahfiz Reports to inspect memorization progress, revision and sessions, and print the report if needed.
Publish feedback
Create the period’s feedback with grades, attendance and comments. Save the draft, review it and publish when ready for the family.
Issue a certificate
An authorised coordinator chooses the eligible certificate level, reviews its details and issues the numbered certificate PDF.
Check the family view
The parent opens Academic Progress to read published feedback and download the certificate.
