The steps, in writing.
For a muhaffiz. On Memorization, pick the student (her last position is shown under her name), the juz, surah and ayahs, the session type (New for hifz, Revision for murajaah, Assessment for an ikhtibar) and a grade, then Log Session. A new lesson graded excellent or good moves her place on; a revision sets her last revision date. After a student passes a test on a whole juz, mark that juz complete on her page under Juz Progress. On Murajaah (from the Tahfiz Overview), see her revision streak and auto-generate a revision timetable for the juz she has finished.
Log a new lesson
Open Memorization, choose the student and review the last position. Record the juz, surah, ayahs, duration, session type and grade.
Record revision separately
Use Revision for murajaah. A Good or Excellent New lesson advances the student’s memorization position.
Assess and complete a juz
Record the whole-juz Assessment, then mark the juz complete in Juz Progress when appropriate.
Plan revision
Use Murajaah to generate a timetable from completed ajza and record the revision outcomes.
