Set Up Tahfiz: Coordinator, Halaqat and Students in Akadaa
Switch Tahfiz on, name a Tahfiz Coordinator, open a halaqah with its Ustazah and enrol its students, in Akadaa.

The steps, in writing.
For Islamiyya and mixed schools. Switch the Tahfiz module on under Settings, Modules (it appears for an Islamiyya or mixed curriculum). Make a member of staff the Tahfiz Coordinator with the Designation on their staff record: the coordinator and the school admins manage circles and certificates, and a muhaffiz teaches their own students. Create a halaqah with its muhaffiz, room, days, time, level and focus juz, and add its students, which enrols each of them in Tahfiz. Give a student their own Ustaz with Assign Teacher, and see the teachers and their students under Muhaffizeen.
Enable the module
For an Islamiyya or mixed school, enable Tahfiz in the school’s modules.
Assign the coordinator
Set the appropriate staff member’s designation to Tahfiz Coordinator to grant management access.
Create a halaqah
Open Tahfiz, Circles and add the muhaffiz, room, days, time, level and focus juz.
Assign learners and teachers
Enrol students in the circle and use Assign Teacher for their ustaz. Check the Muhaffizeen list and assignments.
